This project saw a former pig farm converted to a racehorse training yard and stud.

 

Replacement of an existing farmhouse, new grooms accommodation through sympathetic restoration and conversion of an existing brick barn.

 

Onsite veterinary facilities were also created as part of the scheme which included gallops and indoor training facilities.
