Delighted to have secured planning permission for the bespoke conversion and extension of the former Withnell Fold Methodist Church into a luxury family home.

A highly complex project within the Green Belt, Conservation Area, adjacent to Withnell Fold Hall (Grade II listed), and involving NDHA and ecological constraints - successfully resolved through careful strategy and design.

The scheme delivers a policy-compliant sub 50% volume increase while restoring the historic chapel fabric and introducing a contemporary yet restrained extension that responds sensitively to the building’s original architectural character
