Cliffe Bank 

Redevelopment of a former racehorse training yard including conversion of existing buildings to holiday lets, works to a Grade II listed farmhouse and provision of new equestrian training facilities including stables, ancillary storage and outdoor arena. This scheme reused existing farm buildings as part of a residential enabling development revenue from which was reinvested into the site to create a sustainable rural business. Massing models were used to illustrate the proposed scale and position of new development on the site which formed part of the Cheshire Greenbelt.
