Designs for an E-Hotel, the first of its kind in the UK. App driven this 10no. storey hotel, bar and restaurant allows customers full control over their stay with bookings, room service and even mood lighting conducted via the hotels web based app. The site which is close to Preston’s university quarter and the historic thoroughfare of Friargate has been submitted for planning approval and is due for a decision in Summer 2019.
